Does Ideal™ integrate with my current software?
Ideal™ has an open API, meaning we can connect with any software that allows us to do so. We already have built in integrations with Stripe, Quickbooks, Google, Facebook, Shopify, and Clio.
We take security very seriously here at Ideal™. Our software is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, and is SOC 2, ISAE 3402 Type II Compliant. Ideal™ uses industry standard mandatory two-factor authentication for all employees and users of the platform. Our platform also supports HIPAA compliance.
How many users can I have?
Every Ideal™ account comes with an unlimited number of users and admins. Set their permissions and grow your team.
Every Ideal™ account comes with an unlimited number of contacts. We believe your software should be able to scale with you.
Can I access the software from my phone?
Our mobile app allows you to connect to the essential features of Ideal™ from your mobile device. The full suite of features is only available on desktop.
Do I have to build out automations on my own?
We provide all of our clients with access to support documents and onboarding to be able to use the software on their own, but we also provide custom build-outs to ensure the software does exactly what you want for your business.
Are there any additional costs?
The only additional costs associated with our platform are from texting, phone calls, and emails. You can find more information about those costs here.

We have a technical support team available to answer your questions via email and live chat. Our live chat support is currently available Monday - Friday: 7am - 12am CT with limited hours during the weekends.
